Weddings

Whether accommodating a large bridal party, out of town guests, group outings for bachelor/bachelorette parties or travel to a venue out of the way Rare Transportation can help you create special memories.   Our 25 passenger buses are equipped with 19 inch flat panel TV's that can add a special touch to your wedding.  Many of our brides have provided our driver with picture slideshows of the bride and grooom, their friends and family for viewing during the ride.  This has been a big hit for our passengers.

Conventions
Our transportation services are available for any size convention.  We can assist you in planning your transportation itinerary whether it be for shopping trips, golf outings, dinner outings, evening outings, airport shuttles, tours and more.  By allowing us to be a part of your planning from the beginning of the process we can provide you with the best solutions for your transportation budget as well as an opportunity to market the transportation to the attendees prior to the convention.  We understand that conventions tend to get quite large and everyone tends to have their own agenda.  For this reason we can also offer per person rates (minimum 15 people) for groups that want to travel to different locations. 

Airport Transportation
If you are flying into Birmingham, AL as a group and require transportation, our shuttle service is the perfect fit.  We understand a cab ride to and from the airport for a group can be expensive.  Our group transportation to local hotels or to the airport will allow your group to ride together at an affordable price.  Contact us for rates!
